Jon | Robbie  Karl Wilhelmi (alias Slider) (guitar, vocals) has been playing all kinds of music for a long time and was attracted to
zydeco for its energy and danceable blending of styles. In addition to playing guitar in The
ZydeCohos, he also plays bass for the dixie/swing septet The Jazz Hooligans, mandolin in a contradance band, teaches private lessons, and is a homemaker and community volunteer.
